## Include the details that help

* Resource name and installed version.
* Framework and relevant dependency versions.
* What you expected and what actually happened.
* Steps to reproduce the issue.
* The first relevant console error, with private information removed.
* Whether the problem also occurs on a test server.

Share purchase details only in your support ticket when needed. Never post passwords, license keys, database credentials, webhook URLs, or full private configurations.

Tweak5M support is handled through its ticket team. No fixed response time or 24/7 coverage is promised. Keep the details in one ticket so the conversation stays together.

For checkout or payment issues, include the relevant order reference privately and explain the problem. Billing requests remain subject to the applicable Tebex checkout terms.
