Tested as a player. ## 1. Download your purchase Sign in to [Cfx.re Portal](https://portal.cfx.re/) with the Cfx.re account used at checkout. Find your purchased/granted assets and download the complete resource. For protected resources, use a server registration key owned by the account entitled to the asset. Keep every delivered file, including any hidden protection files; do not rename protected files. If the asset is missing, first check that payment completed and that you are signed into the right account. Open an Order & Access ticket if it is still unavailable. Do not buy it again just to retry delivery. ## 2. Read the product installation guide Open INSTALL.md before copying files. Extract the named resource folder once: fxmanifest.lua must sit directly inside that resource folder, not inside another duplicate folder. Keep filenames and folder names unchanged, including their case. NOIR packs need one cfx-tweak-lib installation plus their listed dependencies. Follow the pack's SQL, item-definition, icon and startup-order instructions. Choose the Collection OR the individual packs; never install overlapping versions together. Back up an existing installation and its relevant database before updating. Test on a development server before using a new resource or configuration on your public server. Do not delete existing stash data or player metadata to fix an error. ## 3. Connect to the community Join [Tweak5M | Development & Support](https://discord.gg/rt6FWKTaJF), complete verification, and use the same Discord account connected at checkout. Purchase access normally follows the checkout connection. If a role is missing, use the official Tebex /claim command in tebex-commands if available, then open Order & Access for help. Discord roles and Cfx.re asset ownership are separate; a Discord role alone does not grant a download. ## 4. Get the right support Open one private ticket in open-a-ticket: * Script Support: NOIR or library installation, configuration and script errors. * MLO Support: map installation, conflicts, missing geometry or collision. * Order & Access: missing downloads, purchase roles or order access. Partnership and Custom Work requests use owner-requests. Support availability varies; keep replies in the same ticket. Include the product/version, framework, dependency versions, the first redacted error, steps to reproduce and a useful screenshot. For map issues, include the location, game build and other maps using the area. For an order issue, provide an order reference only inside your private ticket when requested.
