# FAQ

## Which products do these guides cover?

These guides cover Tweak5M Library, NOIR Backpacks, Purses, Pouches, Chest Bags, and the four-style NOIR Collection. Check official product listings for current availability. These docs do not enable checkout.

## What is free?

Tweak5M Library is the free shared dependency for compatible Tweak5M products. Check official Free Releases threads for any other free downloads and their requirements.

## Does every resource work with every framework?

No. Check each product's requirements. NOIR uses ox\_inventory and ox\_target. QBCore requires a compatible ox\_inventory integration; selecting QBCore does not make qb-inventory a supported storage provider.

## How do I get update notifications?

Join the Discord, complete verification, and choose your notification roles in **#🔔・choose-updates**. Notification roles do not grant ownership or staff permissions.

## How do purchase roles work?

Sign in with the intended Discord account at checkout and join the Tweak5M server. Paid NOIR packs grant **Customer** and the matching product-owner role. An individual Owner role unlocks that product's private chat and snippets forum. **★ NOIR Collection Owner** unlocks all five NOIR owner sections.

Missing access? Use the official Tebex bot's `/claim` command in **#🛒・tebex-commands**, then open a [private support ticket](/tweak5m-docs/support.md) if it remains unresolved. Do not enter order details, keys, or payment information in a public channel. Bot replies may be visible live.

## What happens to Discord access after a refund or chargeback?

The affected package's product-owner role is removed. Other product-owner roles and the general Customer role are preserved, so unrelated purchases keep their access. Refunding an individual pack does not remove Collection ownership; refunding the Collection does not remove separately purchased pack roles.

The general Customer role alone does not unlock product sections. For overlapping or repeat purchases of the same product, contact support to check the remaining valid entitlement if access needs correcting. This describes Discord access handling, not eligibility for a refund; billing requests follow the applicable Tebex terms.

## Do Collection additions require another purchase?

If more products are added to the NOIR Collection, existing Collection owners receive those additions in Collection updates without buying them again. Future products and release timing are not guaranteed.

## How do I get help?

## Where are the changelogs?

Each resource includes a CHANGELOG. Read it with the installation guide before updating, and keep a recoverable copy of the previous working version.
